Interview
I applied on United's website. Three days later I was asked to complete their video interview in which you record yourself answering questions and introducing yourself. Not terrible but like most, I hate hearing myself talk on video, so there's that. I think you get 3 tries to video yourself so I would definitely recommend you practice before you push record. It's been 3 days and I've yet to hear about a Face-to-Face (F2F) interview. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Tell us about your experience with customer service and how that has prepared you to be a flight attendant.
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
