I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Aug 2019
Interview
I completed the video interview and within a few weeks, I was sent an invitation to Texas for a group interview. When I arrived at the United headquarters, I met about 12 beautiful people all applying for the same position--- when we all got settled we started making small talk and learning more about one another. We handed in our resumes, received a badge with our names and then a flight attendant began explain the life of a flight attendant and what to look forward to. After a little ice-breaker, we were all placed in a different room and called out separately for a one-on-one interview. After my one-on-one, I was placed in a different room and wondered what was next. Everyone returned into the new room from their one-on-one interviews and then we were left to sit for about thirty minutes. The recruiter came in and called my name as well as three others, we were thanked for coming and told that in about a week we would receive an email regarding an invitation on training. We were escorted outside and shortly after, so were all the other candidates. It's been almost a week and I am super anxious. I can't wait to see what they have decided.
