The interview was digital, it was done in video format where you had to record the questions. Sometimes you had three opportunities to re-record. I was amazed by that!!! Ehat i also loved was that they send emails about the process and where i was standing.

Interview
Phase one was a 3 hour skills test. Face to face with HR with standard questions about you and selling a vacation package with variables. Phase 3 is a group dynamic with 3 other applicants with HR & sales mgr observing. Each person has a different list of items to convince the others of using. I thought it was fun.
