video interview went smoothly. they just want to get to know you a little bit, do no under any circumstances say you want to be a flight attendant because you want to travel. After i submitted my video interview it took about 2 months for them to get back to me and offer me an in person interview.
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.
