Applied online. Received initial response 1 month later and face-to-face interview over 3 months after I initially applied. Overall a very negative experience.
I got the impression that someone was tasked with a project and just needed warm bodies to fill headcount to get things in motion.

They couldn't even define the requirements of the role they were hiring for and therefore couldn't ask pertinent questions regarding said role.
Straightforward. Meet with a recruiter, interview with hiring manager, team members, and then on-site interview at the airport. First two were virtual or calls, but took a long time. Overall not too difficult.

I was thrown in to final phase interview right away. Manager seemed very rude but Hr manager was a nice person. At the end they asked me to email them any questions i may had. I did, they didn not respond at all. Its a reflection on the kind of people they are.
