I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines in May 2016
Interview
In my experience the process was very quick - multiple step process. Applied online, received an email invitation to complete a self conducted online video/recorded interview. They provided a series of question (you can practice before you begin the initial question) and you have a limited amount of time to respond to eat question. Following complete of the video interview I received an email inviting me to one of their bases for a face to face. My face to face was a 1-on-1 with a flight attendant working with the hiring department.

I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
