Interview
I applied for this role in early October, and did not hear anything for a few weeks when I for some reason received an automated rejection email. I continued applying for other roles until about 6 weeks later I was invited to interview for this position. The interview was a very standard United interview. About 4 or 5 questions, focusing on the STAR response method, and I felt comfortable talking to the interviewers on Microsoft Teams. Three days after the interview I was offered the position and accepted the following day.
