The process took 3 months. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
Start in a group interview more like an introduction then you have a one on one if they have additional questions they will ask you to stay, don't think this means you made it. This could be the deciding factor so don't get relaxed or too tense just listen to the questions and answer them, no fluff needed just direct & to the point.
I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
