I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
As many have described, there was a brief presentation and then we were called from the initial gathering room to another location. This location was setup with many small tables where each candidate would meet with an inflight recruiter. Interview questions were of the STAR method. My recruiter appeared to be the only one on staff that did not smile --only during initial handshake. Bummer. Nerves (and her lack of any sign of warmth or a smile) got the better of me and I did freeze up on one question. I asked for a moment and she said "never mind" in a way that led me to believe it was "over". I was walked to the door and told I would receive an email within 7 - 10 days. So, I did not make it to the second round.

Question 1
What do you think would be the most difficult thing about being a flight attendant? A stressful situation?
I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
