I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied online on March 5th and received an email to schedule an interview on March 11th. My interview was one week later. When arriving, candidates had to check-in to verify their flight and hand in their resumes. Every candidate was also handed a name tag. The interview started out with a presentation regarding being a flight attendant at United Airlines. After, there was a Question & Answer section where all questions/concerns would be answered and clarified. During the Question & Answer time, people were pulled out of the presentation room for their one-on-one interview. During my one-on-one, my recruiter was very hard to read and was very intimidating. He was not very personable and told me that I would hear back with a final decision within 7-10 days. Some candidates were pulled to another room for a second interview for further questioning about their application and ability to be successful as a flight attendant.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
