I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at United Airlines (Newark, NJ) in May 2015
Interview
The Digital interview is pretty straightforward with 6 questions. However, contrary to what may be stated in the introductory presentation videos, there will be NO RETRIES allowed during your actual recording of your answers. So make sure you put on your best smile, you sound poised and jovial (not rehearsed) and maintain good eye-contact with the camera lens (not the screen). Good luck!

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
