I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Aug 2022
Interview
It was a very nice and relaxed process. We were greeted in the lobby and taken upstairs to a conference room where we watched a video about the lifestyle and then a flight attendant walked us through a presentation and answered questions. We were then divided into groups to complete a task where we assembled a beverage cart. Then each of us were taken to a recruiter's office for our one-on-one interview where you answered questions in STAR format. If you are successful, you are taken upstairs for a reach test and jumpseat test. After they tally your scores, you are extended an invitation for training. You will then take a drug test on the spot and asked to complete your background check and upload your vaccination card within 24 hours. Plan about four hours for the entire process.

Interview
I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
