I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (Tumon) in Nov 2022
Interview
Guam interview 1) Everyone gathered into a room where they discussed the process of becoming a flight attendant and basic info regarding pay, training, bases, etc they advised they wouldn’t give CTOs out on the spot but in a week after. 2) went into groups and did group activity. Had to rank situations from most important to least, that an FA might encounter. They monitor for group participation. 3) assessment: reach test 4) 1:1 interview Overall the experience was great! But I wish in the job requirements they would include, must be able to reach a certain height. I know most airlines do, but this is just something they could include in job description so those who aren’t able to reach does not get discouraged when turned away after going through all the interview process. In my opinion, I think it was unfair that at the end of the process, they thank you and lead you out of the building. It would be very convenient to have at least escorted those who didn’t make it through another door to feel less hopeful and defeated. It defeats the purpose of announcing they don’t give out CTOs on the spot and at the end, you are leaded a different path than those who have made it. Guam recruiters could’ve been more discrete. Overall I think the process went well and was worth the experience. I just hope they change they way they conduct it.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
