Send the resume/Assessment /Face two face interview with the recruiter /Face two face and group interview Training / CJO. After the assessment you need record yourself answering 5 questions minimum 2 minutes of video.

How do you feel living far from your family and friends ?
Very lengthy. I am currently on the way to my face to face. Make sure to ask questions, I sure did. Also, make sure to keep United up to date with your plans. I had to ask help for transportation details and other miscellaneous things.

I did the virtual interview as well as the video introduction.
It was a smooth process and during the down time between the group and personal interviews and the presentation we had a selection of snacks and an opportunity to participate in community service by writing get-well cards for hospitalized children (this really put things in perspective and was a thoughtful addition on their end).
