I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at United Airlines (Newark, NJ) in Jul 2015
Interview
Fairly standard. They were exceptional at providing details and answering questions, never got impatient even when asked trivial questions. My fellow interviewees were mostly rejected as well. I suppose the status quo-hiring process with commercial airlines these days is to meet with anyone who's competent (i.e. was convincingly so in the preliminary video interview) and narrow it down from there.

Please provide an example of a time you resolved a case of customer dissatisfaction.
I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
