Interview
Timeline:
Applied online 01/06/2016.
HireVue Interview offer: 01/07/2016
Email Update: 01/18/2016
The process was very simple. Most all the interview questions that were previously mentioned were asked. I didn't use the STAR format to answer and that may have been my downfall, even tho I was very detailed with my responses.
In retrospect, i'm not disappointed about not getting invited to a F2F after doing more research about United. They have such a low customer satisfaction rating, haven't had a stable CEO since the other one resigned amidst a bribe scandal and a rushed merger with Continental.... I'm thinking about sending them a letter saying "Thank you for your interest but I have decided to look into different companies.

Why do you think you would be a great fit for United

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
