I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
Video Interview. No matter how much you prepare, if you're not accustomed to face time or videos, spend more time practicing! I wasn't one to use face time or Skype and I think that's what killed me. As soon as I said something I hadn't planned on saying, I panicked and completely blew it. Don't blame United, I blame me. So practice, practice, practice in front of other people.

Interview
I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
