Typical STAR interview with 5 questions. There is also short role playing section and the small writing section. Role playing will consist of giving a short briefing to the employees and the writing section consist of sending a email to a manager. It is a 3:1 interview which makes it a little more intimating.

Screening interview over the phone lasted roughly 30 minutes asking basic questions about experience and goals. This led a two person structured interview a few days later that began with an overview of resume and experience, thier backgrounds, and in depth position description for the opening. Once that was complete an offer was made over the phone about a week later.
