United BioSource interview questions

8 weeks 6 interviews, very good experience met with senior leadership team and CEO. All interviews went over 30 minutes which I took as a good sign. Very hardworking and passionate group. This career isn’t for those who skate bye hoping not to get noticed. Really love my role here and projects I have been assigned too.

The hiring process was frustrating and unprofessional. After initial outreach from HR, I experienced repeated delays, last minute cancellations, and long periods of silence despite multiple follow-ups. I was ghosted more than once, even after a promising phone screening. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of respect for candidates’ time and interest. This kind of disorganized communication reflects poorly on the company and raises concerns about how they value talent.
