Interview
Standard interview. The Human Resources department was very helpful and supportive. Though the receptionist is no longer there she quit due to being dissatisfied with the way she was being treated by management which is a trending issue I have witnessed during my employment at UCB. Over 10 managers and senior Managers have walked out due to similar issues.

Interview
Very standard interview process I submitted my resume and application online. I was called within 1 day. I was interviewed over the phone for approximately 15 minutes possibly less and asked to come in the next day. I answered some pretty standard interview questions like "Tell me about yourself?" and "Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer?". I was lied to about commission potential.

If you use any GPS device, it will lead you to the wrong Commerce plaza. When you get inside you have to take a math test (must have 7 right in order to proceed-best to do this 1st),fill out the application, take a personality test, then you sit with an interviewer.
If you did any research, you will find much negative publicity (the interviewer did not like the fact no names were mention-but was very curious to see them for themselves). Most important, do not mentionyou did any research on the company. Whether they do not like what is out there, or they prefer if people are ignorant about the company itself, or anything else out there. Be Very Careful!

Question 1
Everything was not dificult, infact I explained a problem in my credit report before they pulled it up. The interviewer showed extreme discomfort if you ask any questions regarding the negative publicity and to explain their business pratices. Because they want someone who will be Commission-driven, I did ask if I will be expected to reach my goals no matter what.
