I was emailed for a phone interview. The phone interview was conducted the next day with the recruiter and the director. The following day I was contacted for an in-person interview. The interview was scheduled 3 days after the phone interview. I was asked to review 5 resumes, arrange the content of those resumes on a spreadsheet, and select one candidate to be placed in an international missionary site the night before the interview. The in-person interview was with the director, executive director, and a member of the HR team. All the questions were typical interview questions. Two days after the interview I was made a job offer for a similar position with the same Associate category.
