Interview
First, there was a group interview on Skype asking us different questions. After this, we had to do an exam online. It lasted for one hour. The exam required us to write two summaries of two different News Stories published by the UN.

Skill based interview with 3 interviewers. Asking specfic skill based questions of how you responded to situations, to go deeper from your application answears, to share details of how you have gained skills and would contribute to a team, and why you wish to work in this department specifically
It's based on a competency-based interview, and it went well. It was friendly and informative as well. There are a few of general questions and a few of technical questions. Overall, a good experience.
