Interview
I applied through Inspira - the United Nations' official portal and I got the chance to do an interview in about three weeks later. The interview was by phone, took only about 10 to 15 minutes. There were two interviewers, both are current employees. The interview was relatively easy and I got contacted by the human resources in less than two weeks with the offer.
