Submitted application via inspira platform, received an email about 30 days later asking to set up an interview. Interview was the following week via skype, and I heard back 10 days later via email. Overall very straight forward and simple, they asked typical competency questions (think STARL-P style answers). I was interviewed by the woman who had contacted my via email and a policy officer above her, both were very welcoming and friendly. The interview lasted about 20 mins.
