The interview follows a "competency-based" format which is contrary to the words, competency. They are not testing your knowledge of the subject matter, or the responsibilities but rather the "competencies" in the job description, like, "planning and organizing", "team work" , "communication". Be ready to give examples based on experience (most of the questions begin with, tell us about a time where you....) and what your contribution was and the result.
