After passing an economics exam, I was invited to New York to interview with a panel. The panel asked a variety of questions relating to my professional background and current work. The questions were competency-based and the atmosphere was respectful and friendly. At the end they asked a variety of organization-specific questions about the UN and its history.

First step was a written test but I am still waiting for results. 4 questions, 3 open ended and one interpretation of related couple of graphs. One of the open ended question was completely about my opinion on a subject and the other two were description if concepts and correlations between variables.
