      First interview was with 2 members on staff. Started with an overview of the team and basic intro. Then moved into specific experience drafting communications, why I was interested in the role, and what I hoped to get out of the internship.

      The interview took less than 10 minutes, they only asked two questions: to introduce myself and to give an example of a comms campaign I've worked on. While I know they must be incredibly busy professionals, the interview felt impersonal and rushed.

      Straight to the point and detail oriented. questions are asked based on the job description and how your previous experiences are in line with what you will do. the interview was an informal one going for about thirty five minutes. the panel consisted of three individuals, asking questions one by one. they are very friendly and encourage understanding.
