First interview was on zoom with a recruiter for a temp agency (position is temp to perm). Pretty simple interview, maybe 20-30 mins, and he asked standard questions like to describe myself as a salesperson and what are my strengths etc. He ended the interview by telling me he would recommend me for the next step, which would be to speak over zoom with the person who would be my direct manager. A day or two later I got a zoom invite to speak to the next person. My interview with her was pretty similar to the first round, and I had the opportunity to ask her a few questions as well. She was really friendly, and a good listener. Before our zoom meeting was even over, she had already sent a message to her boss recommending that I move forward in the process, and I got set up with a 3rd zoom interview with that person for the following day. All three people who interviewed me were really nice, they were all enthusiastic, asked fair questions and provided honest and thoughtful responses to the questions I asked as well.
