Initial phone/teams interview with the hiring manager followed by another with his manager. Basic interview that was normal at first. The sales territory I was applying for was my old territory at a similar job so I would bring with me contacts in the industry. I was given an offer at the bottom of the base range we discussed at the beginning of the process. Based on my experience and industry contacts I expected to start at the high end and negotiated for a better base salary. Rather than even say no, offer stands I was told I would hear back and was ghosted. Kind of unbelievable.
