They brought me in to a conference room and asked questions. Being a mechanical engineer up until this point in my education, they wanted to ask questions about my experience with the electrical side of the position and department. They were really pleasant, but I just wasn't terribly well-versed in the electrical side of engineering at that point, so I wasn't as well prepared or as qualified as some of the other candidates. It was a good experience for a young engineer.
