I had never had a experience with a recruiter that was was more unprofessional than I did with United Therapeutics. The recruiter emails me at the time we were suppose to have our phone interview in exact words " I just found some time for lunch so I will call you when I get back to my desk" what kind of recruiter tells a person that their lunch was more important. She didn't even mention what time she would call back. She could at least email me 30 mins before the interview time to re-schedule or let me know she will call back 10-15 mins late. She called me 45 mins later, so she decided to take a 45 mins lunch break while she had a interview scheduled. Really show how much she respects a person and their time. People set time aside for interviews, it's not like we sit around and are free whenever. I also find it rude that the 2 questions she asked was 1 being what my current salary pay was. Usually recruiter would ask what salary expectation / within the range. But, she specifically asked what I was getting paid currently. She didn't even explain the job. I am curious to why she even contacted me for an interview if she had no intention to consider me as a candidate. Biggest waste of my time as I waited 45 mins of wondering when she will call me as she was on lunch. Not a quick 10-15 min grab something quick lunch but a full a 45 min lunch break while she knew she had a interview scheduled. She didn't have the decency to tell me a time frame she would call or better yet just re-schedule overall.
