Interview process started with emailing recruiter, and conversation leading to interview with scientific team. Interview consisted of 2 hours and was extremely interesting. Need to know about synthetic biology/ generation of microfluidic based systems and have R&D experience at a PhD level. Scientific literacy is a must.
