I had an onsite interview with United Therapeutics and, unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The team I met appeared disorganized, overwhelmed, and under significant stress. The most unprofessional part of the experience was the complete lack of follow-up. Despite sending polite emails requesting feedback, I was completely ghosted. To add insult to injury, I later noticed they had reposted the same job without any communication or explanation. After reading reviews from other candidates, it seems this isn't an isolated incident. There's a clear pattern of poor communication and lack of transparency. My advice to anyone considering an opportunity with United Therapeutics: keep your options open and continue applying elsewhere. While the company publicly claims to be committed to curing diseases and improving healthcare, their treatment of candidates tells a very different story. There seems to be a disconnect between their mission and their internal practices, especially within some of their subsidiary teams, which appear to lack both the experience and the scientific foundation necessary for such high-stakes work. Well-branded on the surface, but unfortunately, the candidate experience suggests deeper issues behind the scenes.
