Posted in local newspaper. Board Members screened applications, narrowed to 3-6 to interview. 2 Board members conducted initial intervews. Called for a second interview with additional Board members. Board met to make their decision and a representative call with the job offer.

Intensive Interview process with phone interview, in-person interview with Search committee chair and panel interview with Board Representatives.
Be prepared and know your local United Way history and current work in the community. be prepared to discuss your experience with Boards, volunteers and fundraising as well as knowledge of the local community and funded partners.
