One interview by phone (no video), and then a second interview on zoom. I was told during the second interview that there was a third interview, and specifically that I would be told either way of the team's decision on whether I would move forward the next day. After following up twice for two weeks after the interview, I never heard back. I wouldn't have been so offended if I hadn't gone through multiple rounds of interviews already and if they hadn't EXPLICITLY told me they would get back to me either way. How can you claim to support the needs of the people in your community well when you can't even find the time to send a two-line email explaining that you're moving forward with a different candidate?
