Tell me about your personal philanthropic interest?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at United Way (Cincinnati, OH) in May 2025
Interview
My interview process consisted of 2 interviews, a phone interview, and a Teams meeting. After the phone interview, I received an email stating I was no longer in the running for the position. Then, a few days later, I received an email requesting an interview via Teams.
The phone interview was fairly typical. The setup of the Teams interview was a bit challenging, as the camera placement in the meeting room made the interviewers appear quite distant.
The Monday after the Teams interview, I noticed the job had been relisted online. The next day, after seeing the relisted job, I received an email stating I was no longer being considered for the position.
