It was more a conversational interview with the HR person by phone. They looked at your resume and asked you to elaborate on key points highlighted there. I did not move further on after this, and did not receive a reply to a follow up email from the HR person where they were in the process.

The interview process was very professional but still made you comfortable. Nothing intimidating. The interview made me learn a lot individually and about United Way. I was grateful for the experience. First, I spoke on the phone and had an interview. The second round was with a panel of individuals that worked at that location.
