I applied online and received an email asking me to interview but also explaining that the salary level was actually lower than advertised. This was a big red flag but I decided to interview anyway for the practice. I had a really nice interview with a senior member of the executive team who promised to get back to me the next week regarding an interview with the Executive Director. Instead they completely ghosted me even after 3 follow up emails asking for an update. Two months later and I still haven’t heard back from them.
