Pretty straightforward. Relaxed atmosphere, felt like a conversation instead of an interrogation. When you walk in, you'll pretty much feel comfortable. Beautiful design, everyone from the receptionist to the interviewers were pleasant. Interviews are very quick as pretty much all of the employees there have to get back to their multiple roles. The interview will be easy as long as you have answers ready for the typical "tell me about a time.." questions. Not the overly complex ones, but the ones that ask about your leadership and how your experience meshes well with the position they have available.
