United Way utilizes group interviews and usually consists of the HR Director, the Supervisor of the department you are interviewing with and various others. All in attendance are allowed to ask questions and you are answering each one as they each take a turn. The Supervisor of the department you are interviewing with will usually have the most questions for you to answer.
