Interview
Long and disorganized. The interview process lasted three months. Internally, they didn't seem to know what/who they wanted for the position. This suspicion was confirmed after I started. As I understand it, after I was went through the interview process, the CEO came down with a case of second-guessing and was tempted to rewrite the job description. When she couldn't figure out how to rewrite, she relented and let the folks hire me. That was a harbinger of things to come.

The process was efficient all throughout until after the final round I did not hear back. I assume it went to someone else but I think I should have removed a personal notification after the time spent interviewing.

Interview
First round with internal recruiter, then a video call with CEO, HR Director, and another program director. Felt conversational and the interviewers were nice and welcoming. There were planned questions but the conversation was organic and we delved into other topics as well. Org was communicative throughout the process.
