I applied online. I interviewed at United Way (Concord, NH) in Dec 2020
Interview
I believe I had 2 interviews - one was with a group of people and one was with who is now just my boss. I thought that the group of people they assembled was well thought out, and I felt very valued, as they had assembled people who were very much leaders to be there. My (now) boss was warm and inviting when I interviewed with her. She also gave thoughtful responses to the questions I asked.

Question 1
They asked me if I could describe some NH-related stats that pertained to the job.
First it was virtual, then in person with several different members of the team. Also received a building tour. It was a nice facility. This field requires 3 0 words.
The process was efficient all throughout until after the final round I did not hear back. I assume it went to someone else but I think I should have removed a personal notification after the time spent interviewing.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at United Way
Interview
First round with internal recruiter, then a video call with CEO, HR Director, and another program director. Felt conversational and the interviewers were nice and welcoming. There were planned questions but the conversation was organic and we delved into other topics as well. Org was communicative throughout the process.
