United Way standard questions. Asked about a variety of work scenarios and decision making processes. Very professional. Commitment to excellence was conveyed. Helps to have a social service background. An MBA would be useful.
Quick to reply to set up interview on Zoom, everyone turned off their cameras during the interview except the interviewee. Very awkward. Very long interview. Said they would call later that week and I never heard from again.
