I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Chandler, AZ) in Jul 2016
Interview
It was one hour phone screening with UHG recruiter. She asked "millions" behavioral questions which I tried to answer all my best. Both of us were talking with accents and had a hard time to understand each other. She got irritated while I was staying calm under pressure and kept my voice down. This screening however resulted in scheduling the phone interview which was cancelled due to discrepancy in time between Phoenix AZ Time and CST.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Irvine, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
I went through a three phase interview process. The first interview was with an HR/Recruiter screener who asked questions about my background, skills and some behavioral questions (30 minutes). The second interview was with the Department Vice President who asked both skills and behavioral questions. The third interview was with someone who was going to either be a boss or peer, it was unclear. This interview was difficult as the interviewer was overly focused on cost savings and traditional Toyota style Six Sigma questions.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group in Aug 2014
Interview
First was a telephone interview that simply asked my experience levels in basic programs and such. Then another recruiter interview on the phone that took about 45 minutes and was situational questions. Then I met with two directors in person and spent about an hour on situational questions and questions pertaining to my cultural values. In total it took a couple months.
