The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (West Monroe, LA) in Aug 2016
Interview
Very interesting ~ did a mastery test showing computer skills and typing skills test online... Timed for three minutes. Then, online via webcam I was given 6 questions related to: why I was interested in the job, my biggest career achievement, stressful decision making in my career and how I handled it. Each question you looked at it 30 seconds~ then hit start and recorded the answer into the webcam so you could be seen verbalizing the answer. Then this is submitted to the eventual bosses in charge of hiring to evaluate your responses.

Just what I said above~ on the next part~ phone interview~ why are you leaving your current position. Did I have or would I be willing to obtain compact state licensure.
Virtual interview with 3 people. Typical interview questions. Asking about self and scenario questions. Took about 30 minutes. It was actually rescheduled without consulting me about my availability. This was my first zoom interview with multiple people, it was a little unnerving

Interview
Started out well. But interviewer became abrupt and one had no further interest in the position. Was totally turned off and didn’t feel I could function in that environment. They hung the phone interview while speaking .
Had multiple interviews with management and Human Resources. They asked multiple questions regarding case scenarios related to patients and what you would do and general skills related to nursing and remote work.
