Interview
Interviews were fine but the recruiter was brutal about potential salary offer. She stated "we would never pay someone in an associate director role that amount of money. You are a director in your current role and we won't be paying you that amount, it will be less but this is a much bigger company so much more opportunity. If that is what you think you are worth then we will likely offer the job to the other candidate" I get it but was not asking for a huge amount. I really felt that her delivery and approach was poor.

It was all virtual interviews for a remote role. In total, 3 separate interviews to meet with various levels (hr, hiring manager, panel with equivalent level employees). Questions felt more about personality fit versus resume/skills; which in retrospect is telling.

Four interviews spread out over three days. Very organized; behavioral -type questions. I had plenty of time to ask questions at the end of each interview. Everyone was on time for the interviews, they listened to my responses and asked follow-up questions.
