I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Hartford, CT) in Sep 2016
Interview
first interview on campus. asked to come in for a round of interviews in the Hartford office. Met with 3 different interviewers, one was friendly and the other two were meh, didn't really seem to like their job or know how to do an interview. Never heard back, very unprofessional.
Very unexpected part of the interview. had a surprise test without any prior knowledge before hand. The interview was nice but i could have been a bit more aware and told
before hand
I applied online. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group in Jan 2024
Interview
Very long, they gave an exam towards the end which was not mentioned. it also was not a typical finance role. The interviewer was not able to ask too many questions.
Very standard interview. The guy called me up and asked me when i would be available. from there, we talked about my prior exeriences =and how they would translate to the job. it was very easy and i enjoyed talking to him
