Interview
The interview process was very smooth, short and sweet, only lasted about 20 minutes at best. Waited longer in the lobby for them to be ready for me. The interviewer was a bit nervous, but very nice. The questions were typical of most job interviews.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Saint Louis, MO) in May 2022
Interview
My interview was set to be at 11:00am, I joined the online meeting a few minutes early to get myself situated. 11:05am no one showed, 11:10am I emailed the manager letting them know that I'm still waiting in the interview. After 11:20am I exited the meeting due to no one showing up, no email, no phone call, and at that point it was extremely unprofessional. Not a good first impression United Healthcare.
