Interview
Online Assessment, Phone Interview with basic questions, then had an in person interview on site. While I sat in the lobby waiting after checking in with security, I noticed the pure GREY expressions all the employees had. I should have left the interview then.
Interviewers were nearly an hour late coming to meet me. It then took them more than 5 minutes to boot up their computers so they could type my answers directly into their laptops. Not impressed.

Will you be able to work ANY shift during the posted business hours in the area for which you are assigned? Our current hours are 5AM to 5PM but may change depending on business need. (Note: Location is mid phx with heavy commuter traffic from 7 AM to 7 PM)
A recruiter will call first, then you will have an interview with a supervisor who asks pretty basic interview questions. Be confident and professional. Use examples of solving complex customer service issues with professionalism.

Interview
My interview was set to be at 11:00am, I joined the online meeting a few minutes early to get myself situated. 11:05am no one showed, 11:10am I emailed the manager letting them know that I'm still waiting in the interview. After 11:20am I exited the meeting due to no one showing up, no email, no phone call, and at that point it was extremely unprofessional. Not a good first impression United Healthcare.

interview process was great, but having them contact you after wasn't the best because they left me hanging until i had to apply to another position and ask that recruiter if they decided to move forward with the other position.
