Hiring process took months, I applied in November, and I am getting hired in march. overall I am glad I was offered the position. very friendly recruiters. the pay that was offered was very generous

I applied online for this position and did the recruiter interview (over the phone) and a 1-on-1 phone interview with the manager back in December 2016. A week later I found out I didn't get it. Then at the end of January 2017 I received a call from a different manager asking if I was still interested, as there were some openings on another shift. This time I was able to skip the recruiter interview and proceed to the manager interview over the phone. It went very well, and she and I got along great. They extended an offer one month after that January interview.
